The ServiceNow Business Analyst serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, translating business needs into actionable ServiceNow requirements. This role enhances collaboration and drives initiatives within the procurement domain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to translate business problems into actionable ServiceNow requirements.
• Gather and refine business requests into workable stories and epics while performing gap analysis.
• Develop requirements documents and ensure clear handoffs to the development team.
• Participate in scoping workshops to define stakeholders and success criteria for initiatives.
• Drive conversations with business owners to shape problem statements and acceptance criteria.
• Engage directly with stakeholders and the development team in a lean environment.
• Support ongoing initiatives related to procurement and finance processes within ServiceNow.
• Push for actionable outcomes rather than merely relaying requests.
• Operate with tenacity and curiosity by asking the right questions to clarify requirements.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Support a significant S2P/procurement phase going live by June.
