Mandatory Skills: Spanish, English, Servicenow, IT Service Desk

Experience: 5- 7 Years

Location: PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days

Job Description:
• IT Service desk Experience working in ServiceNow proficient in Spanish language
• Min 4 Years of Experience in IT Service desk
• Excellent communications skills
• Willing to work in 247 shifts
• Knowledge in Active Directory Office365 Windows client troubleshooting Network Monitoring tools
• Excellent ITIL knowledge
• Work experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy Reporting
• Should be proficient in English
