Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager-ServiceNow Custom & Mobile Apps developer

In this role you will be responsible for Development & rebranding of Service Now apps.

• Development & rebranding of Now
• Development of ServiceNow Portal(s)
• Development of custom and scoped applications in ServiceNow
• Integration with external application using REST, SOAP etc
• Implementing POCs on new feature and functionality
• Customization of existing functionality
• Dashboard & Reporting creation

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications.
• B.E., B.Tech (or equivalent degree), MCA, BCA
• Relevant years of ServiceNow development experience including both Portal & Mobile
• Must have in-depth hands-on experience on Mobile app development including rebranding & app/play store release of Now & Agent mobile apps.
• Must have in-depth hands-on experience on Portal development including widgets etc.
• In-depth knowledge of designing, development & scripting in ServiceNow including the Workflows, Flow designer, Business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, Reference Qualifiers, Email Script, Notification, Catalog items, Script include, Scheduler, Widget, transform maps, import sets, Scheduled data Imports, reporting and dashboard etc.
• Experience in integration with external apps using REST, SOAP etc.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in other modules like ITSM etc. would be good to have
• Understanding of ITIL best practices
• Report & Dashboard creation in ServiceNow Mobile apps
• Customization of Now and Agent mobile apps
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and collaborative skills
• ServiceNow certification would be an advantage
• Experience utilizing Agile/SCRUM Methodologies
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – Vancouver & above
• Certified application developer – Vancouver & above
