Your deep industry expertise will be integral in delivering successful implementations while cultivating strong, lasting client partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Build trust and credibility by thoroughly understanding client requirements and presenting compelling, tailored solutions.Solution Design: Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design ServiceNow solutions that meet specific business demands and align with client expectations.Implementation Planning: Devise detailed designs, scope, and pricing strategies for ServiceNow implementations for prospective clients.Integration Expertise: Manage third-party integrations and resolve customer-specific technical challenges to enhance client operations.Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies and execute streamlined ServiceNow solutions effectively.Certification & Training: Complete ServiceNow pre-sales certifications and leverage ongoing training to remain up-to-date on the platform’s capabilities.Future Planning: Actively participate in joint account planning sessions to help develop future roadmaps for clients, aligning their goals with innovative solutions.Documentation & Estimation: Translate business requirements into Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and detailed Statements of Work (SOW).
