MUST:
Experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst
Public Trust Clearance Required
4 plus years of Business Analyst Experience
2 plus years of experience with ServiceNow
Full lifecycle experience with SDLC and Agile Scrum development methodologies
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and other collaborative meetings
Proven experience gathering and/or writing business requirements for large enterprise applications in the federal government sector, including visual mock-ups, use cases, shall statements, or user stories
Bachelors Degree
DUTIES:
Perform high-level functional analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation in support of ServiceNow priorities.
Lead requirements management and elaboration activities, translate business needs into technical requirements, and ensure alignment with Agile, SDLC, and release management processes.
Facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing and grooming the ServiceNow product backlog, supporting release planning and management, and developing SOPs and related documentation.
