ServiceNow Security Architecture & Content Specialist

Overview

Seeking a ServiceNow Security professional to develop security reference architectures, analyze platform configurations against OOTB standards, and create customer-facing technical content. This role combines architecture, security operations, and technical writing.

Responsibilities
• Create and maintain ServiceNow architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Develop one-pagers, solution briefs, and architecture narratives for technical and executive audiences.
• Analyze SIR, VR, and IRM configurations against OOTB functionality and document configuration drift.
• Maintain version-controlled architecture artifacts, content libraries, and baseline comparison documentation.
• Translate technical requirements into clear, customer-ready materials.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in security architecture, technical consulting, solution engineering, or pre-sales.
• Experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and/or Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar diagramming tools.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality documentation with minimal direction.
• ServiceNow CSA, CIS, CTA, or related certifications.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and NIST CSF.
• Experience supporting customer reference programs, field enablement, or security product marketing.
