V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Servicenow Platform Manager for our premier client in Naperville, Illinois.

Education And Experience »

• Experience with the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Experience managing ServiceNow licensing and vendor/partner relationships.
• Experience in a regulated or enterprise environment with formal change and audit controls.

Knowledge And Skills

• Evaluate new ServiceNow products, modules, and capabilities (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM,
• HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine, AI) and make/build/buy/defer recommendations.
• Define and enforce platform principles: configure over customize, out-of-the-box first, and reuse before rebuild.
• Ensure process, data, and architecture readiness for AI (Now Assist) to enable an agentic, future-state operating model.
• Establish and chair the platform governance board (or technical governance board), setting the policies that control what is built and by whom.
• Define and enforce development, naming, scoping, and architecture standards across all instances that maximize use of out-of-box capability, minimize custom code and ensure minimal effort for upgrades.

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities:

• Working with the Product Manager and Product Owners, own and maintain the multi-year
• ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap, aligned to business priorities and ServiceNow’s
• release cadence.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow products, modules, and capabilities (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM,
• HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine, AI) and make/build/buy/defer recommendations.
• Define and enforce platform principles: configure over customize, out-of-the-box first, and
