We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, integration, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions while driving IT operations transformation through automation, observability, and modern ITSM best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• 5+ years of application development experience with 3+ years in ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and MID Servers.
• Strong knowledge of AIOps, ITIL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and API integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development.
• ServiceNow CIS-ITOM certification required; CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, or CAD preferred.
• Lead ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, Operational Intelligence, and Health Log Analytics.
• Integrate ServiceNow with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
• Design and develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Implement CMDB governance and CSDM-aligned data models.
• Drive AIOps initiatives, event correlation, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and support client-facing engagements.
