Hiring: ServiceNow Business Analyst:

One of our clients looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst who can work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive process improvements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization, and helping design future-state processes that align with ServiceNow best practices.

Location : West Palm Beach, Florida , Onsite

Engagement: Contract

Experience : 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business processes across areas such as ITSM, HR, GRC, and related functions

• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement

• Design future-state processes and workflows using a ServiceNow Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) approach whenever possible

• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and SMEs

• Create and maintain business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and ServiceNow development teams

• Ensure proposed solutions align with ServiceNow platform standards, governance, and best practices

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization

• Support UAT planning, testing activities, defect resolution, and solution validation

• Assist with training, knowledge documentation, communications, and user adoption activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow implementations or enhancements

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, GRC, or similar

• Experience with process mapping, business analysis, and requirements management

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments

• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
