Job Summary
• Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, integrations, and automation while supporting enterprise ITSM processes and digital transformation initiatives.
• Candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and automated workflows.
• Build and support integrations with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring platform stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow SDLC best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Development.
• Expertise in ITSM modules.
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Hands-on experience with Service Catalog and Workflow development.
• Experience with Flow Designer and automation.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
• Experience with IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.
• Experience with IntegrationHub Spokes.
• Exposure to CMDB and Discovery.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience working in enterprise environments.
