ServiceNow Platform Lead | Hybrid 3 days onsite | Up to $160,000 + Bonus
A large professional services organization is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to support and evolve its enterprise automation platforms. This role focuses on designing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and user experience across the business.
• Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and CMDB
• Build workflows, business rules, UI actions, notifications, and automation
• Develop solutions using JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, and CSS
• Support platform upgrades, patching, migrations, and integrations
• Maintain data integrity and CMDB health in partnership with infrastructure teams
• Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities to drive process efficiencies
• Troubleshoot issues, support production environments, and ensure platform stability
What They’re Looking For
• 3+ years of application development or platform support experience in a complex environment
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITIL principles
• Experience with scripting, integrations, and workflow automation
• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred; additional module certifications a plus
