ServiceNow Product Manager / Product Owner Santa Clara, CA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Product Manager/Product Owner with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and leadership to drive the vision, roadmap, and successful delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions.

The candidate should possess exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and product ownership skills, along with hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules, platform capabilities, integrations, and enterprise workflows.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years as Product Owner/Product Manager managing ServiceNow initiatives.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
• Experience managing ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, workflows, and enterprise platforms.
