Our consultants architect, implement, and optimize ITSM processes that align with ITIL best practices—driving operational efficiency, governance, and user satisfaction across Fortune 500 and mid-market clients. Role & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog) to meet client-specific SLAs and compliance standards.
• Lead discovery workshops to map business processes to ITIL-aligned workflows and translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including UI policies, client scripts, workflow rules, and business rules to automate operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Security, and Business units to ensure seamless integration of ITSM processes with existing enterprise systems.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide training documentation, and deliver post-go-live support to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain technical design documents, process maps, and governance frameworks to ensure long-term scalability and audit readiness.

Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Experience with ServiceNow CIS (Common Service Data Model)
• Knowledge of integrations via REST/SOAP APIs or IntegrationHub
