Hiring forJr ServiceNow consultant (HR) (Onsite)

The ideal candidate will design and implement HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform, collaborate with HR stakeholders, and lead end-to-end project delivery.
Functional Responsibilities
• Partner with HR teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate HR processes into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Provide functional expertise in HRSD design and implementation
• Define use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Lead UAT, end-user training, and documentation for HR solutions
Project Management
• Lead ServiceNow HRSD implementations and enhancements
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage stakeholder communication across HR, IT, and leadership teams
• Identify and mitigate risks, track issues, and ensure smooth delivery
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
