Role Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) to the GPC Leader is a highly trusted, strategic partner responsible for orchestrating complex internal and external schedules, enabling seamless engagement with ServiceNow’s executive leadership, customers, and global partners. This role requires exceptional judgment, executive presence, adaptability, and the ability to operate with speed and precision in a dynamic environment.
The EAA is a guardian of leaders time, priorities, and leadership brand—ensuring every interaction reflects ServiceNow’s executive standards while enabling focus on strategy and transformation.
Key Responsibilities – Executive Calendar & Priority Management
• Manage a highly complex, global calendar involving C-suite executives, senior partners, and internal leaders.
• Apply judgment to prioritize meetings and protect strategic focus time.
• Anticipate conflicts and resolve scheduling challenges proactively.
• Expedite urgent matters while diplomatically redirecting lower-priority requests.
Executive Brand & Stakeholder Engagement
• Represent Michael Park with professionalism, discretion, and confidence.
• Uphold Michael’s leadership brand in all executive communications.
• Build trusted relationships with executive assistants and partner offices globally.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate closely with the Chief of Staff to align schedules to leadership priorities.
• Partner with the HR Business Partner on talent, performance, and people-related engagements.
• Align with Executive Communications to sequence meetings around key messages and events.
Adaptability & Executive Support
• Operate effectively in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities.
• Support multiple time zones and last-minute changes with calm efficiency.
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
• 7+ years supporting senior executives (SVP, EVP, or C-suite).
• Proven experience managing complex, global calendars.
• Exceptional judgment, discretion, and executive presence.
• Advanced proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and productivity tools.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $104,400 – $155,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
