Part-Time ServiceNow Administrator / Developer
We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Administrator / Developer to support and enhance an existing enterprise ServiceNow environment on an ongoing part-time basis.
This role will focus heavily on platform enhancements, workflow improvements, troubleshooting, and operational support across multiple ServiceNow modules and user experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Build and modify ServiceNow catalog items
• Update UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and workflows
• Support Flow Designer enhancements and troubleshooting
• Modify workflow-driven notifications and approval processes
• Troubleshoot Service Portal behavior, state transitions, and portal widgets
• Support inbound email actions, assignment logic, and production issue resolution
• Assist with Demand Management and custom workflow enhancements
• Modify Service Operations Workspace forms and UI behavior
• Partner with internal teams on ongoing platform improvements and support needs
Required Experience:
• Strong ServiceNow Administration and Development experience
• Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and Business Rules
• Experience supporting Service Portal and Workspace customizations
• Experience troubleshooting workflows, notifications, approvals, and inbound actions
• Strong JavaScript / Glide scripting experience
• Comfortable supporting existing enterprise ServiceNow environments
Preferred:
• Demand Management / PPM experience
• Experience working in operational support and enhancement environments
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Location: Houston preferred
