Key Responsibilities
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Clean duplicate or incorrect asset data
Run reports
Support audits (very important for compliance)
Business Rules
Workflows / Flow Designer
UI Policies
ServiceNow (HAM module)
CMDB understanding
IT asset lifecycle knowledge
Basic SQL / reporting.
