ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Position : ServiceNow Architect

Location : Winchester, MA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow assessment and transformation engagements

• Partner with executive stakeholders to define ITSM strategy and roadmap

• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and governance meetings

• Analyze and optimize Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management workflows

• Improve Service Catalog structure, routing models, and assignment group efficiency

• Drive workflow automation and integration strategies across enterprise platforms

• Define future-state architecture, KPIs, SLAs, and operational reporting models

• Lead and mentor cross-functional consulting and delivery teams

✔ 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, consulting, or ITSM transformation

✔ Strong expertise in ITSM modules, Service Catalog, Workflow Design, and CMDB

✔ Experience leading enterprise assessment and optimization programs

✔ Knowledge of integrations and automation platforms (IAM/SailPoint preferred)

✔ Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

✔ Ability to convert technical challenges into strategic business solutions
