• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow
• CSA (Certified System Administrator).
• 2+ CIS certifications

• Delivers workshops and demos.
• Lead functional conversations with the customer.
• Process expertise in one or more areas
• Process and value stream management
• Advisory and consulting
• Requirements elicitation and gathering
• Measurement, metrics & reporting processes
• Continual improvement
• Assist with project leadership
• Knowledge transfer and training
• Provides process definition guidance and best practices.
• Monitoring of deliverables before implementation
• Manage client communications to ensure the effectiveness of the process strategy.
• Process development and maintain optimization programs.
• Update and maintain all process documentation.
• Design processes and standardize, improve or re design existing ones.
• Design new processes to improve service delivery and maintain client relationships ensuring cost effectiveness.
• Preparing documentation for deliverables such as business documents and supporting management activities such as budget management
• Act as a point of contact between the client and the technical team regarding process-related concerns.
• Maintain the whole operational process in compliance with the quality standards and contractual requirements determined by the company.
