ServiceNow BSA / Process Consultant

CMK Resources is helping a growing enterprise ServiceNow team seek a strong, Business Systems Analyst / ServiceNow Consultant to support ongoing platform expansion and enterprise process transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong business analysis and stakeholder management experience combined with hands-on exposure to ServiceNow implementations, backend configuration, integrations, and enterprise workflows.

Location: Des Moines, IA (100% Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops

• Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions

• Support enterprise process transformation initiatives

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and technical teams

• Assist with workflows, integrations, testing, and documentation

• Identify process improvement opportunities aligned to ITIL best practices

Required Experience:

• 5+ years experience as a Technical Business Process Consultant or BSA/Process Consultant

• 2+ years of supporting ServiceNow implementations and integrations of COTS with any of the following modules ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SPM

• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience

• Exposure to backend/configuration work within ServiceNow

• Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules including:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• HRSD
• CSM
• GRC
• SPM

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow CSA or CIS certifications

• Prior configuration experience

• Experience working in large enterprise environments
