About the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Expert with strong skills in API development and integrations to design and manage secure, scalable integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and support REST & SOAP APIs in ServiceNow
• Build integrations using Scripted REST APIs, REST Messages, IntegrationHub
• Work with JSON/XML data formats
• Implement secure authentication (OAuth, tokens, SSL)
• Handle MID Server–based integrations and troubleshoot issues
Required Skills
• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in API Development (REST/SOAP)
• Hands‑on experience with JSON, XML, HTTP methods
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes
Nice to Have
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS)
• ITSM experience
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
