Project Overview:

This role supports the end-to-end delivery of a ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) implementation. The consultant will be involved across the full project lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to ongoing support.

The focus is on delivering scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and ensure a smooth transition into sustainment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions based on business requirements

• Configure workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform

• Support system testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions

• Ensure system performance, scalability, and maintainability

• Support transition to operations and ongoing system support

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (configuration, scripting, integrations)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS or other certifications are an asset

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in mid-to-large enterprise environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with Canadian data privacy, compliance, and data residency requirements

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt and stay current with evolving ServiceNow capabilities

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
