S3/Strategic Staffing Solutions has an opening for a ServiceDesk Analyst position for a leading Financial Services client in Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ or Irving, TX on a hybrid work basis. Please review the following if you are interested in joining a leading organization!

Location: Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ or Irving, TX – Hybrid, 3x on site and 2x remote

Duration: 12 months + possible extension

Pay Rate: $45-50/hr. W2. W2 only, sorry we cannot do C2C at this time

Must-Have Skills & Tools:
• 8+ years of Service Management experience with incident problem and change process.
• ServiceNow detail knowledge, ITIL, ServiceDesk principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications
• Proactive and can brainstorm ideas independently and make recommendations
• Clear and sharp communication, as well as ability to be direct
• Finance industry background

Additional Skills / Nice-to-Have:
• ITIL Certification
• Cybersecurity background

Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IS, IT, or General Business

Interview Process:
• (1) Teams Interview held virtually
