Senior Business Analyst (ServiceNow)
Rate: $70–$80/hour
Hybrid (Ontario – 2 days onsite in Brampton)
12+ months contract
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support application modernization and ServiceNow initiatives. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to define and deliver solutions.
Mandatory Requirement
• CBAP certification is required (pass/fail criteria). Candidates without this will not be considered
Responsibilities
• Gather and document business requirements
• Create BRDs, FSDs, and user stories
• Perform process mapping and gap analysis
• Support legacy system modernization
• Work with ServiceNow (CMDB, ITSM, EA)
• Assist with UAT and implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong requirements and process analysis skills
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Strong communication skills
Nice to Have
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, ITIL)
• EA / APM experience
• SQL or data analysis
