On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Analyst, Technology Risk – ServiceNow Platform for a 4-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Business Analyst, Technology Risk – ServiceNow Platform – Job Description:
The project involves the successful fulfillment and servicing of complex transactions and investigations on the ServiceNow platform. The focus is on ensuring processes and controls are in place, while meeting benchmarks for specialized client activities and transactions.

Senior Business Analyst, Technology Risk – ServiceNow Platform – Responsibilities:

• Ensure process/controls are in place and are being followed.

• Focus on attaining established benchmarks for complex and/or specialized client activities, transactions, and/or processes.

Senior Business Analyst, Technology Risk – ServiceNow Platform – Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience in the financial services industry with a strong understanding of technology and/or operational risk, control, and governance.

• Hands-on experience working on the ServiceNow platform (implementations, enhancements, or rollouts).

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, forms, workflows, UI policies, and service catalog concepts.

• Experience with at least one core ServiceNow module: ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, or CSM.

• Ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNow functional requirements using out-of-the-box capabilities.

• Proven experience with requirements elicitation (workshops, interviews, stakeholder sessions).

• Strong Business Analyst skills in business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Senior Business Analyst, Technology Risk – ServiceNow Platform – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• UAT planning, execution support, and defect triage.

• Experience working in Agile (Scrum / SAFe) or hybrid delivery models.

• Clear written and verbal communication.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.

• Ability to balance business needs with platform constraints.
