ServiceNow Developer (ITSM + Specialized Module)

Develop, configure, and implement solutions in ServiceNow ITSM module including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

Hands-on experience with ITSM combined with at least one module: HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, or Service Portal.

Design and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.

Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.

Mandatory experience in Scripting and Integrations (REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server).

Implement inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems.

Customize and enhance Service Portal widgets, pages, and themes (if Portal experience).

Work on CMDB, Discovery (if ITOM), Asset Management (if ITAM/HAM/SAM), or Case Management (if HRSD/CSM).

Troubleshoot performance issues and provide technical solutions aligned with best practices.

Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment activities.

Maintain technical documentation and ensure platform governance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Experience:

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Strong understanding of platform architecture and data model.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
