Role: ServiceNow BSA
Location: downtown Toronto
Hybrid Model: 2 days a week on site
Rate: around 80/hr (depends on expertise level and experience)
Interview Process: 2 steps (virtual)
Main Deliverables
• Support the in-house transition and ongoing optimization of the ServiceNow platform
• Produce audit-ready reporting and documentation across ServiceNow modules
• Enable accurate data, governance, and traceability for future audits
Technical Stack
• ServiceNow (ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery)
• HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
• SAM (Software Asset Management)
• ServiceNow Reporting & Dashboards
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivots, data analysis)
Requirements
• Hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow programs or platform teams
• Proven experience with HAM and SAM within ServiceNow
• Strong audit support experience, including evidence gathering and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to create detailed, audit-ready reports
• Experience writing user stories and translating business requirements into technical requirements
• Advanced Excel skills used for operational and audit reporting
• Experience in financial services or banking environments (“Big6” experience is an asset)
Responsibilities
• Support ServiceNow activities as the platform transitions fully in-house
• Partner with ServiceNow platform teams to enhance ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery capabilities
• Create and maintain detailed reports to support internal and external audits
• Document current-state and future-state business processes
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements; create clear user stories
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across ServiceNow modules
