• Experienced in integrating with upstream and downstream systems via Agentic AI solution to drive business solutions
• Experience translating business requirements into technical architecture and solution diagrams for approval and implementation
• Experience in creating user stories with functional and clear acceptable criteria
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities including mid-server, API integrations
• Experience in managing onsite-offshore model and manage clients and offshore teams
