Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5–8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, integrations, ITOM Discovery, and CMDB.
Key Skills:
• Experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, SAML, LDAP integrations
• Experience with Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes
• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub
• Knowledge of **ServiceNow IT Operations Management Discovery and ServiceNow CMDB
• Experience integrating with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
• Understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
• Configure and manage ITOM Discovery and CMDB
• Work with teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Provide support and maintain documentation
