Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow QA / Test Engineer to support testing and quality assurance for enterprise ServiceNow implementations. The role will focus on validating platform configurations, integrations, and workflows across various ServiceNow modules in a highly regulated financial services environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow platform testing experience, automation exposure, and knowledge of Agile delivery models.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across ServiceNow modules.
• Validate configurations, workflows, and integrations across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or SecOps.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements and test scenarios.
• Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with development teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Support test automation initiatives where applicable.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise testing standards and regulatory compliance requirements within financial services.
• Maintain documentation including test strategies, defect reports, and test execution reports.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of QA / software testing experience in enterprise IT environments.
• 3+ years of testing experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience testing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or SecOps.
• Strong knowledge of test lifecycle management and defect tracking.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or similar.
