Role: ServiceNow Security & Risk Architect

Location – Onsite in Washington D.C. (5 day week / 8 hour day)

Experience: 15+ Years

1. ServiceNow SIR, VR and Risk certifications

2. Over 3 years of experience leading ServiceNow Security & Risk projects as an Architect

3. 5+ years working on the ServiceNow platform.

4. Has a high-level of understanding in scripting and app development, including familiarity with web services, API’s and mobile application design.

Job Description :

• Lead Requirements workshops and design discussions for Security & risk projects, consulting on both

ServiceNow and Security & Risk best practices.

• Manage all important project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration

documentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on advanced development.

• Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team.

• Fulfill Project´s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and guidance to Junior / Mid developers.

• Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practices.

• Understand how the technologies available can be used to solve the business problem.

• Understand what frameworks, platform application, or technical stack can be used to create a solution.

• Understand how the ServiceNow application will look, what modules will be in scope, and how they will interact with each other

• Understand how the ServiceNow digital solution will scale in the future and how it will be supported.

• Develops complex technical solutions

• Provides peer review for completed work

• Ability to define the Risk vs. Value Proposition for third party integrations with ServiceNow

• Ability to clearly define for stakeholders how Governance works with respect to the platform and how it works with respect to the project.

• Ability to clearly support Organizational Change Management

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of Customer needs and

requirements.

• Fill technical or process roles in our projects, if needed.

• Lead, educate, mentor and develop the Thirdera resources who are assigned to his/her projects.

• Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.

• Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a project.
