• Jira – Must Service Now – Must Unix/Linux / Python BG – good to have but not must This is a Jr position – over all 5 years is also fine (Not looking for Sr candidates at all) Team will manage the releases/create tickets in SNOW Candidate shud be able to create dashboard in SNOW should interact with developers and business No BA/Product analyst will work here They’re fine with PM/Product Owner – title doesn’t matter Candidate with Jira, ServiceNow exp and who can work 8 to 5 (on time – 1 hr lunch) or 8 to 4 (without lunch) is the ideal candidate for this role
