ServiceNow Application Specialist

ServiceNow Application Specialist – Support, Risk, JavaScript, Deployment & DevOps, ITIL – Financial Services – Permanent – Up to £80,000 Base + Bonus.

My client, a leading Private Bank is seeking a ServiceNow Application specialist to join their London based office on a permanent basis. This role will be 4 days/week in office.

You will be responsible for providing the support across the design, development, and enhancement of the ServiceNow Platform, overseeing configuration, administration, and the integration of ServiceNow systems. In addition, you will act as the act as an escalation point for users, resolving application and system issues across the platform.

You will work closely with Cross functional team across the IT and Busienss functions to ensure business objectives are aligned providing technical guidance on tools and processes to support business needs.

To be successful in this role:
• Extensive ServiceNow configuration experience, ideally within a financial service organisation
• Knowledge of ITIL & service management frameworks
• Experience across the entire SDLC
• Good JavaScript coding skills
• Experience in a fast-paced IT environment
• Broad knowledge of IT technologies
• ServiceNow Qualifications
