HRSD Architecture & Design: • Led the design and implementation of scalable HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards. This included handling requirements received from the Product team via demand/ad hoc requests. Stakeholder Collaboration: • Engaged with stakeholders and, in some cases, business teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and deliver user-centric solutions. • Story review based on the inputs from the product owner Platform Team Collaboration: • Collaborated with the platform team on upgrade-related activities managed by the HRSD team. • Ensured alignment on platform-related changes impacting HRSD modules. Platform Enhancements: • Implemented enhancements across modules such as Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center, and ACLs, contributing to improved employee experience and operational efficiency. Integrations: • Designed and supported integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs to enable seamless data exchange and process automation. Governance & Best Practices: • Established architectural standards and worked with the platform architecture team to review and approve solution designs, ensuring long-term maintainability and performance. Technical Guidance & Issue Resolution: • Acted as the go-to person for team members facing technical blockers that couldn’t be resolved through internal checks, providing direction and support to ensure timely resolution. • Handling technical review for the complex story implementation done from the team (eg: ACL, integrations…) Support Activities: • Deployment activities across INT and PROD environments • Incident handling and resolution • ServiceNow support for managing out-of-the-box (OOB) issues
