ServiceNow Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements to support the successful optimization of ServiceNow solutions. This role involves working closely with the platform team to gather and document platform processes, platform capability and integrations, business needs, story creation and grooming, documenting test cases, and collaborating with necessary stakeholder teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong agile process understanding, experience with ServiceNow, excellent communication abilities, and background in one or more ServiceNow processes.

Note, this is not a ServiceNow developer position, and there will be no development, configuration, or other platform changes made.
