We are looking for an experienced hands-on developer responsible for leading configuration, customization, and integration on the ServiceNow platform.

Location: Trivandrum or Cochin or Remote

Experience: 5–10+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD)

• Create Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.

• Work on REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub

• Build Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation

• Participate in requirements analysis and solution design

• Support instance upgrades, code reviews, and best practices

• Troubleshoot platform issues and improve performance

• Strong JavaScript & Glide API knowledge

• Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and integration frameworks

• Knowledge of Flow Designer, ATF, and Service Portal

Preferred Certifications

• CSA – Mandatory

• CIS (ITSM/ITOM/CSM) – Preferred

• CAD – Added advantage

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently with clients.
