Job Description: About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. You will play a key role in building scalable workflows, integrations, and automation that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules. Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Maintain platform reliability, security, and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for solution delivery. Provide technical expertise for projects and mentor junior team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience. Strong expertise in ITSM and HRSD modules. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). ServiceNow certifications: CSA required, CAD and ITSM/HRSD preferred. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Compensation: The target hiring range for this position is $81,170.48 to $101,463.10 with a maximum of $121,755.72. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
