Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer / Administrator to support and enhance integrations between ServiceNow and Workday. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules, integration frameworks, and enterprise HR system integrations, particularly Workday.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
Proven experience working with Workday integrations (HR, employee lifecycle data, or provisioning).
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API).
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, Basic Auth, Certificates).
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
