Role Description

This is an on-site, contract position for a ServiceNow Developer Lead located in Reston, VA. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and services. The primary responsibilities include integrating software systems, programming solutions, and providing expert technical guidance. The lead will ensure successful implementation, resolve issues in a timely manner, and deliver exceptional service to meet client requirements.

Qualifications
• Strong background in Software Development, Integration, and Programming
• Proficiency in leveraging Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and support
• Ability to work on-site in Reston, VA as part of a collaborative team
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
