Linking Humans is supporting a large, well-established enterprise organisation that is hiring for two separate Product Manager roles within their ServiceNow IT Service Management function. These positions sit within a mature technology environment, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, strengthen data quality, and deliver measurable improvements to service delivery at scale.

The Opportunities

ServiceNow ITAM Product Manager

This role focuses on owning and evolving the IT Asset Management product, driving improvements across Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management capabilities. You will play a key role in optimising asset visibility, governance, cost control, and reporting.

ServiceNow CMDB Product Manager

This role is centred on ownership of the CMDB product strategy and roadmap, with responsibility for improving data quality, strengthening governance, and enhancing service management outcomes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)

• Own and deliver product roadmaps using agile delivery practices

• Collaborate with technology teams, stakeholders, and partners

• Drive data quality, governance, and reporting improvements

• Develop KPIs and management information to support decision-making

• Align product capabilities with business and regulatory requirements

• Identify risks and implement appropriate controls

• Produce documentation and guide best practices

Essential Skills

For the ITAM Role

• Strong ServiceNow ITAM experience, including HAM and SAM

• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, controls, and reporting

For the CMDB Role

• Strong ServiceNow CMDB expertise, including CSDM and Discovery

• Experience with data governance and configuration of data quality

For Both Roles

• Proven agile product ownership experience

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments

Desirable Experience

• Integration across ITAM, CMDB, ITOM, or wider ITSM modules

• Exposure to licensing, vendor management, or cost optimisation

• Broader service management experience

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
