Position : Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow

Duration : Long term contract (W2 Contract)

Location : Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with ServiceNow experience to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, optimizing business processes, and supporting the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and validate business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for ServiceNow implementations
• Support design, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements using ServiceNow best practices
• Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings
• Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
• Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and reports
• Ensure solutions align with governance, compliance, and organizational standards
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

· Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
