Senior ServiceNow Developer – Telecom Order Management

Seeking a senior-level ServiceNow developer with deep Telecom Order Management experience. You will build and scale solutions across the full order lifecycle — capture through fulfillment and assurance — while partnering with architects, product owners, and integration teams in a telecom BSS/OSS environment.

Requirements:
• 6+ years ServiceNow development
• 3+ years in telecom / BSS / OSS / order management
• Strong JavaScript & Glide API
• Hands-on with Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
• REST/SOAP API integrations
• CMDB & Service Mapping
• Complex workflow & orchestration design
• Deep understanding of telecom order lifecycle
What You’ll Do:
• Design & build scalable ServiceNow solutions for telecom order lifecycle management
• Deliver workflows for order capture, decomposition, provisioning, activation & billing handoff
• Configure/customize ITSM, CSM, SOM, TSM, Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
• Develop business rules, Script Includes, client scripts, UI policies & custom apps
• Build REST/SOAP integrations with CRM, billing, inventory & provisioning systems
• Implement orchestration & automation aligned to TM Forum / eTOM
• Lead code reviews, enforce standards & mentor junior engineers
• Troubleshoot complex production issues & optimize performance
• Contribute to architecture, governance & security best practices
• Support Agile delivery (sprint planning, refinement, demos)
Nice to Have:
• CSA or CAD
• Telecom Service Management (TSM)
• TM Forum SID / Open APIs
• Microservices architecture exposure
• DevOps / automated testing
• Experience in large telecom transformation programs

• Strong communicator with business & technical stakeholders

• Comfortable leading in multi-vendor, fast-paced environments
