Job Description
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect with hands-on experience in building and customizing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on Now Assist and Agentic AI.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Implement and support solutions using Now Assist and Agentic AI
• Collaborate with architects and functional teams to understand requirements
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
• Participate in deployments, upgrades, and platform enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Now Assist and Agentic AI
• Good understanding of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is preferred
