Primary Title: ServiceNow QA Engineer
About The Opportunity
A leader hiring in the IT Services & Consulting sector focused on Enterprise Service Management and Digital Transformation. The role supports large-scale ServiceNow implementations, ensuring platform reliability, regulatory compliance, and high-quality digital workflows for enterprise customers. This is an on-site position based in India, embedded with delivery teams that drive ServiceNow roadmap and production support.
Role & Responsibilities
• Design, author, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Workflows) across functional, regression, and integration scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and complementary UI/API automation (Selenium, Postman) to accelerate release cycles.
• Perform API testing (REST/SOAP), validate data flows between ServiceNow and external systems, and troubleshoot integration defects with development teams.
• Log, prioritize, and track defects in bug-tracking tools; coordinate remediation, retest, and release sign-off with stakeholders.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (build verification, nightly regression) and monitor test health and coverage metrics.
• Produce clear test artifacts—test strategy, traceability matrices, release test reports—and mentor junior QA members on ServiceNow-specific testing best practices.
