• Develop and maintain automated ATF test suites across modules and applications.
• Support regression testing for upgrades, enhancements, and releases.
• Create test plans, test cases, and test data requirements.
• Coordinate defect identification, tracking, and resolution.
• Document testing outcomes and provide quality assurance reporting.
• Work with development teams to ensure test coverage and platform stability.
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5+ years of QA/testing experience in IM/IT, including 2+ years with ServiceNow.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• Certifications in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE) – preferred.
• ServiceNow ATF experience required.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow components and testable elements (UI, flows, scripts, integrations).
• Ability to create automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF.
• Experience creating test plans, scripts, regression strategies, and defect triage processes.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
