• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM, HRSD modules
• Experienced in architecture with a global roll-out
• Experience in CMDB and Discovery, ability to identify issues and standardize to build scalable architecture
• Ability to create architecture and solution diagrams for approval and implementation
• Experience in creating user stories with functional and clear acceptable criteria
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including mid-server and API integrations
• Experience in managing an onsite-offshore model and managing clients and offshore teams
