• CSDM (Common Services Data Model alignment)
• App Engine & Custom Module Implementations
Technical Skills
• ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server)
• CMDB Design & Optimization, Data Model Extensions
• ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, PowerShell, Python, SNMP)
