Job Title: ServiceNow Architect(Only w2)

Location: ONSITE – Louisville, KY(Only Locals)

ServiceNow Architect with at least 10 – 12+ years of relevant experience.

MUST SKILLS :
• Experience will full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, excellent communication skills.
• Understand the business requirements, develop the technical solutions against them and implement.
• Good Experience in ServiceNow Development and Configuration in an Enterprise Environment.
• Significant experience in ITSM Configuration and Administration (INC, REQ, PRB, CHG, REL, KNW)
• Significant experience in CMDB and Discovery
• Development, Customization, Migration, Upgrade and version standardization of ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Scripting experience (Java script) to develop script includes, macros, business rules, UI policies, etc.
• Configuration of functionalities according to the best process & practices o Integration with other ITSM tools & 3rd Party tools
• Experience in developing web services (JSON, REST, SOAP) for integration work.
• Experience with custom application development within ServiceNow
• Proven experience in Service Catalog and Workflow Management
• Experience developing system integrations and process automation
• Experience with creating reports and dashboards
• Experience in ServiceNow UI using Angular JS, Bootstrap, jQuery, HTML, JavaScript and css
