Job Description:
Need 12+ years of ServiceNow experience.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
3+ years acting as a ServiceNow Architect or Design Authority.
Deep expertise in:
o ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change/Request)
o ITOM
o ITAM
o Security operations
o Strategic portfolio management
o IntegrationHub & Flow Designer
Strong understanding of non-functional requirements: performance, security, upgradeability, and release management.
Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
Preferred Experience
ServiceNow support for a large enterprise or public-sector environment
Platform automation: Automated Test Framework (ATF), pipelines, CI/CD
Service Mapping, ITOM, Performance Analytics
Preferred (any of the following):
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM / Discovery / CMDB / CSDM
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred
ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
