Job Summary:
ServiceNow Architect (Sr.) – SOM/OMT + Telecom
• ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) module or earlier known as Telecom Order Management (OMT) : Experience implementing and enhancing this module in ServiceNow for any Telco or other similar industry
• Strong knowledge and experience with TMForum Standards for Telecommunication organizations.
